Founder & CEO

Zo Rana is the Founder and CEO of Theralytics, a company built on his vision of leveraging technology to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes. With a background in founding and scaling ABA companies, along with extensive experience in practice management and data collection software, Zo combined his expertise to develop a powerful yet user-friendly solution for clinicians.

His leadership is driven by a commitment to transparency, affordability, and accessibility, ensuring that clinicians have the tools they need to focus on what matters most—providing care.

Zo holds an M.S. in Computer Information Sciences and a BCBA credential. His interest in the ABA and health tech space is deeply connected to his work building and scaling ABA organizations. That hands-on experience highlighted the challenges clinicians face—and inspired him to create tools that truly support their work.

At Theralytics, Zo brings a unique perspective shaped by both his business leadership and his background in clinical services. His strengths lie in building intuitive solutions that address real-world problems, with a focus on usability, outcomes, and long-term impact.
