Zo Rana is the Founder and CEO of Theralytics, a company built on his vision of leveraging technology to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes. With a background in founding and scaling ABA companies, along with extensive experience in practice management and data collection software, Zo combined his expertise to develop a powerful yet user-friendly solution for clinicians.

His leadership is driven by a commitment to transparency, affordability, and accessibility, ensuring that clinicians have the tools they need to focus on what matters most, providing care.

Zo holds an M.S. in Computer Information Sciences and a BCBA credential. His interest in the ABA and health tech space is deeply connected to his work building and scaling ABA organizations. That hands-on experience highlighted the challenges clinicians face, and inspired him to create tools that truly support their work.
