Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
Theralytics offers Multi-factor authentication (MFA) which is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password. A second form of authentication can help prevent unauthorized account access if a system password has been compromised.
Theralytics multi-factor authentication process involves the following steps:
- When a user logs into the Theralytics system, they are required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). To login, they are prompted to enter their username and password, as well as a second form of authentication during the login process.
- Access to the system is granted to users only after all other information has been verified.
- Disabling MFA is not possible with the Theralytics system.
