His mission is clear: to provide a user-friendly, robust, and affordable software solution.
Zo’s commitment to creating accessible and affordable software for all clinicians, his strong belief in transparency throughout Theralytics, and his relentless drive to free up clinician’s time, sets him apart as a leader in the industry.
Zo holds an M.S. in Computer Information Sciences with a concentration in Health Informatics from Boston University, and a BCBA credential.

Jill Jacobson is the Chief Compliance Officer of Billing Services at Theralytics, where she leads the organization’s advisement and training initiatives to protect billing integrity and mitigate regulatory risks. Jill’s extensive career began with a foundational clinical background as a nurse, which eventually paved the way for more than 20 years in executive leadership roles. Her unique combination of nursing and operational experience inspired her to pursue continued education in Healthcare Administration, specializing in Strategic Leadership.
Jill considers her work within the ABA and autism space to be a rewarding second career in healthcare. Having worked closely with emerging technology since the mid-1990s, she has developed a deep passion for data, operational efficiency, and empowering team members to practice at the highest level of their licensure. She recognizes that data interoperability, AI, and optimized workstreams are crucial levers for improving client outcomes, reducing operational costs, and streamlining provider workflows.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in compliance and operations within highly scrutinized healthcare sectors, Jill offers a vital perspective to the Theralytics team. Her professional philosophy centers on a passion for doing things right the first time, backed by an expert understanding of the exact expectations held by funders and accrediting bodies.
Although her time at Theralytics is just beginning, Jill is already incredibly proud of the team's deeply collaborative spirit. Together, they have successfully launched comprehensive compliance training for both internal teams and provider partners. Looking to the future, Jill is excited to share her knowledge as industry providers continue to mature, leveraging the Theralytics platform to create streamlined processes that seamlessly align clinical best practices with technology.
