We are a relatively new company and we interviewed several Practice Management Software providers before choosing Theralytics. We found that Theralytics provided all the features we needed in one package. Others may have additional features we would never use making them overly complicated and some don't have some important features as part of their system. It is also useful that they offer data collection. We were unsure how well the software would work and if it would fit our needs, but it has come through. On the occasion that there is a bug or something that needs a slight modification or if we need support, they are very responsive. We have had all our questions/requests to their support staff answered within hours. Also, they take product suggestions/improvements seriously and have implemented a couple that I have requested. We have grown quickly and Theralytics has been a valuable asset. We are very pleased with our decision.

One of the biggest concerns of any ABA business owner is billing; to get claims sent correctly, getting paid, and if there are any denials, to go after those denials. It would take me hours to do the above and follow up on all of the claims. Thankfully, theralytics' billing team are on it. I'm able to focus on other aspects of the business because I know that my claims are being sent correctly. Also, the administrative team, support team, leadership team, and billing team are only an email away so if I have questions on anything, someone will always respond back with a solution within 24 hours.

As a BCBA and owner of an ABA practice, my favorite features are the business analytics and the various types of reports that can be internally generated and exported. The information gathered from these reports, allow me to set various business goals and objectives that I wasn't able to do with other platforms. Another feature that is amazing if your business is in California, is the drive time and milage automation (enough said)!!! I also enjoy how the scheduler has improved over the last few months with additional functionality (drag and drop)! The software for programing and data collection is straight to the point and isn't bloated or confusing. If there are any issues or if something is not understood, the Theralytics support team is very quick to respond!

Theralytics has played an essential role in allowing our therapists to track our clients progress, and creating individualized goals that represents exactly where our clients are. It is so detrimental to have goals that fit our clients exact needs. We appreciate the ability to type in the goals as they need to be versus pre-populated goal banks that may not always fit exactly what the goal is. Theralytics understanding of what the client, therapists and payors need to be successful is evident in navigating the platform. With a background that includes founding successful ABA companies and extensive experience in practice management and data collection software applications, Zo tapped into his technology expertise to create Theralytics. His mission is clear: to provide a user-friendly, robust, and affordable software solution.

Zo’s commitment to creating accessible and affordable software for all clinicians, his strong belief in transparency throughout Theralytics, and his relentless drive to free up clinician’s time, sets him apart as a leader in the industry.

In his free time, Zo enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, exercising, working on new technology projects, and reading.

As the leader of the technology team, Abhishek is committed to delivering innovative and user-friendly solutions that help healthcare providers provide better care to their patients. Abhishek holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, which has given him a solid foundation in the latest technology and trends. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Imran Haq

Chief Operating Officer

Imran serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Theralytics. With over 4 years of experience in ABA technology and 13 years of experience as a respiratory care practitioner, he has dedicated his life to improving the lives of individuals with respiratory illnesses and behavioral health challenges. Through his experiences in high-pressure situations, Imran has learned the importance of being flexible and adapting quickly. He has also gained valuable experience working with EHRs and billing for his patients, which has honed his multitasking skills. These skills and experiences have helped him excel in his role as COO at Theralytics, where he is constantly striving to identify and meet the needs of others.

In his free time, Imran enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, snowboarding, and cooking.

Jay is the Chief Strategy Officer at Theralytics. With over 30 years of experience working for top companies in various industries, such as QVC, EBS Healthcare, and Tough Mudder, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. He is driven by his personal connection to the industry and a passion for excellence, which makes him dedicated to establishing Theralytics as the leading provider of practice management and data collection software in the field.

Paul King

Chief Technical Advisor

Paul King serves as the Chief Technical Advisor at Theralytics. Paul is an experienced technology and software development professional. He has worked for numerous companies – public, private, large corporations, small businesses and startups. Positions held include Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President of Development & Operations, Vice President of Products & Engineering, Director of Strategic Development, as well as numerous others. 

His areas of expertise include Software Product Development, Development Team Assessment and Refinement, Mobile and Web Software Development, Agile Development Processes, Software Architecture, and Cloud Deployment. He has expertise in FinTech, Healthcare, e-Commerce, MarTech, and Enterprise Applications. Paul has a thorough understanding of secure software development in PCI and HIPAA compliant environments. 

Paul earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama, School of Engineering.
