Zo Rana is the Founder and CEO of Theralytics, a company built on his vision of leveraging technology to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes. With a background in founding and scaling ABA companies, along with extensive experience in practice management and data collection software, Zo combined his expertise to develop a powerful yet user-friendly solution for clinicians.
His leadership is driven by a commitment to transparency, affordability, and accessibility, ensuring that clinicians have the tools they need to focus on what matters most—providing care.
Zo holds an M.S. in Computer Information Sciences and a BCBA credential.

As the Chief Technology Officer at Theralytics, Abhishek plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to deliver high-quality software solutions for ABA and other healthcare providers. With over a decade of software development experience across various industries, including healthcare, Abhishek brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
As the leader of the technology team, Abhishek is committed to delivering innovative and user-friendly solutions that help healthcare providers provide better care to their patients. His technical acumen and passion for software development are key drivers of the company’s success, and he is constantly seeking new ways to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Abhishek holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, which has given him a solid foundation in the latest technology and trends. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Imran serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Theralytics. With over 6 years of experience in ABA technology and 13 years of experience as a respiratory care practitioner, he has dedicated his life to improving the lives of individuals with respiratory illnesses and behavioral health challenges. Through his experiences in high-pressure situations, Imran has learned the importance of being flexible and adapting quickly. He has also gained valuable experience working with EHRs and billing for his patients, which has honed his multitasking skills. These skills and experiences have helped him excel in his role as COO at Theralytics, where he is constantly striving to identify and meet the needs of others.
In his free time, Imran enjoys bonding with his family, taking the dogs out, exercising, and cooking.

Jay is the Chief Strategy Officer at Theralytics. With over 30 years of experience working for top companies in various industries, such as QVC, EBS Healthcare, and Tough Mudder, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. He is driven by his personal connection to the industry and a passion for excellence, which makes him dedicated to establishing Theralytics as the leading provider of practice management and data collection software in the field.

Amanda is a Clinical Advisor at Theralytics, bringing over 25 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism service provision to the team. She first connected with Theralytics as a client while running her own agency, where she built a strong professional relationship with our leadership team. That connection grew through continued collaboration at CalABA and ultimately led to her joining Theralytics as a consultant.
Throughout her career, Amanda has served as a professor, agency owner, school district consultant, and member of the CalABA Board of Directors. These varied roles give her a broad perspective on the ABA field and the challenges providers face every day. At Theralytics, she draws on that experience to provide thoughtful input on the use, implementation, and marketing of the platform.
What excites Amanda most about working with Theralytics is the team’s genuine commitment to client feedback and innovation. She is honored to contribute her expertise to a company that is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and supporting ABA providers nationwide.


Shaya Bates is a Clinical Consultant at Theralytics, where she uses her clinical expertise to contribute valuable content to the Theralytics knowledge base. With 18 years in the ABA field, Shaya has witnessed firsthand the growth and evolution of the industry and brings that perspective to her work supporting providers through technology.
Shaya first connected with Theralytics while using its billing services and was drawn to the team’s collaborative approach and dedication to client success. Her career as a BCBA has given her familiarity with ABA technology, and she now leverages that experience to help shape tools that reflect the realities of clinical practice.
She is proud to use her knowledge to reach a broader audience of behavior analysts, combining her clinical background with creativity to help expand Theralytics into new areas. Shaya is excited by the company’s growth and the opportunity to continue building solutions that make a meaningful impact in the ABA community.
